LOL ... yep!
When talking with the admiral about doing the whole conversion lights, knobs, switch plates I guessed it would be around 2k.
In the picture that is the knobs for the whole cabin heads included. The switch plate are just for the main salon will get the rest down the road.
Question can the trim line of gold be replaced that is all around the cabin and look as good as the factory install?
Was there a post that someone did that they where able to rub the gold finish off of the can lights?
i did the can lights. I had two, oddly enough, that the brass finish would not come off of though. Luckily I had 3 extras so it all worked out.
I would love to replace the gold trim with silver as well...but first we need to find it! The easiest one to replace in my opinion will be the one at the Galley counter. That bolster unscrews to come off and then you’ll access the mounting point for the gold trim. The gold trim on the cabinets is another story because I don’t know how the vinyl trim pieces are attached. I’m afraid to start crying went off without knowing what I’m getting into and ultimately ruin something that’s not replaceable.
