Got to use my new sunscreens for the cockpit (forward, side and aft) and they make one heck of a difference. The air conditioner still can’t keep up but it’s noticeably cooler.

Pic's of sunscreen's would be great.

Pics are too big. Have to resize. Hope this works.

Some outside pics would be cool also. Thanks.

I’ll be back to the boat today doing some PM and if I remember, will take a few pics. Now that I’m typing this from my IPAD vs. phone, I will be a little more clear about what I have.

The front of my glass is strata glass which has Velcro for my sunshades (all 3 panels). I also have the black mesh windshield sun shade to help.

On the back of the boat, the 3 big panels have the sunshades built into the glass and when I roll up the eisenglass at night, the mesh servers as a way to help keep bugs out too (double duty).

On the sides of the camper canvas, I have all of the canvas with Velcro. Therefore, I can switch the sunshades from port side to starboard if that’s where the sun is coming from (they have double sided Velcro).

Also, right where the little door is that opens to come onboard, that eisenglass also has a sunshade that is also Velcro’d on there to help block sun.

For those of us with the older cruise air air conditioners, I used a method (found it online and decided to try it) where you can control the a/c via your phone. My a/c’s are all from the 2004 vintage. I plan to upgrade them soon as I have the cash to replace all of them at the same time.

What you will need:
* Hotspot (I have a Verizon MIFI) you’ll have to get one that works for you
* SMXIR (cruise air infrared remote control)
* Cielo Eco Breez (little box that learns the IR functions from your SMXIR (infra-red remote) and you can use it to monitor, control your a/c remotely.

I’ve attached a screenshot of the Cielo Eco Breez app that I’m using from anywhere to get to the a/c controller (e.g. Cielo Breez).

I don’t get credit for the original thought —- someone else posted up about it and I decided to try it on my air condition/boat and it appears to be working great.

Bad storms here today so didn't get to boat. Depending on weather tomorrow.

Ok so got no 120 in the cockpit or outlet in the engine room. All 3 GFI are not tripped. Any ideas?

My front cabin a/c keeps getting "HI PS" despite it appearing to be getting plenty of water, I just cleaned/flushed the lines with barnacle buster today, etc. Any other ways I should be trying that I haven't already?
