We bought a MarinAire a few years ago for our 95 Chaparral Signature 310. It has been fantastic and able to keep the temp very cool in the boat when it's 100 degrees plus outside. Very happy with the performance and would purchase again.
11000 Btu, 115V, Self Contained Marine Air Conditioner System. Best marine air conditioner for cabin cruisers, sail boats, yachts and house boats (marinaire.com)

I replaced my 12K AC with a Marinaire 9K. I had to remove the raised plywood base for the CruiseAir 12k in the berth to allow room to fit the slightly higher new unit. I also had to modify the water inlet hosing on the boat to alighn to the new AC. The thermostat wiring took the most time/effort. The rest was simple. Used the original water pump. The new unit is great. Quieter and don’t notice any performance differences vs the 12K. We had 95 degree humid weather last weekend and the cabin was cool as I wanted.

MarinAire is doing great here, I replaced a 12k with the 14k. Should have gone with the 11k so it runs longer, but I like it cold!
