Our 1992 300DA galley sink 90 elbow has been broken for some time now. The PO wrapped it with electrical tape to stop the leaking. I didn't like it so went investigating and found out why.

Sink hole is 2"
Drain is 1 7/8"
Tail flange in 1 3/4" (This is the biggest problem)
Hose is 3/4"

With those specs, I can't seem to find the tail flange, straight or 90*, that will fit the drain. The closet I can find is 2".

Anybody have a line on this part?

Thanks,

I had a similar issue with the cockpit built in "ice chest" took forever but final found this.
It may be what you need but the diameter seems a little smaller.

For the galley on mine this worked to replace the corroded pot metal RV type drains
Its straight standard drain fitting but with a 90 tail could work

Mine uses a regular P trap

This what I have now. But the measurements don't fit. The tail flange is excatly like the one from the factory. But the flange is 1.75" across the mating surface. Everything I find says 1.5". Or is the measurement the ID not the OD?

Oh and the sink hole is 2". So all those lower cost ones for less than that won't work. Go figure.

A standard tail piece (plumbing) is ID; typical plumbing drain traps and such are 1 1/4 or 1 1/2
The threaded fitting will be slightly larger
In a house a kitchen will be 1 1/2 and most bathrooms will be the 1 1/4

I think the Valterra is what you need some comments

"I have a 1994 Baja Motor Yacht. Kitchen sink has a standard drain but a 90 degree elbow with a 3/4" line attatched to it. Well it broke, spent 3 hours at 2 home improvement stores trying to rig a fix up. Looked 2 hours afterwards on line and found this on Etrailers! It was inexpensive, 4 days later I got it! It was perfect! Disconnected line on my old one, unscrewed my old one from the sink drain, screwed this New one in, attached over board drain line and done! "

Well crap on a cracker! Then I have found a bunch. The Zon is full of them that will work. I just didn't know they went with ID. And here I thought to be a certified plumber all you needed to know was poop runs down hill and payday is on friday. Oh and to let your crack show when bent over working on the fittings.

Thanks, again Patrick. You just taught this ol dog a new trick.
