B&G Engine Network or alternative wanted

Really trying hard to find the B&G Engine Network system. They stopped production of these units back in 2001 I think.
Strange, they look really great and I can´t find any good alternative to my 454 7.4 MPI -99.

Are there any alternatives to this B&G system?
I want to hook up to the MEFI (ECU) to be able to get RPM, Temps, Fuel flow, Diagnostic codes etc...
To convert this engine to NMEA will be expensive I guess and will also not get me all info wanted.

I am aware of Rinda, OBD Diagnostics (Scan and Tune) but I prefer to use some kind of display.
I guess it would be hard to find the description of the MEFI ECU protocol if you would do something on your own?

Please, if anyone have some ideas or know where to find the B&G system (used or new), let me know.

Have you tried calling Mercruiser? They may have some suggestions. I spoke to them a few times regarding the Merc Gateway and getting engine data up on a NMEA2000 capable display. I know your setup is different but if anyone knows for sure, it's these guys.

Yes, it´s too old to be able to do anything. That´s why the Engine Network would be perfect...
