I've (my insurance broker) had some success finding better rates.
I had Travelers and they were going up 30%, he researched Chubb, IMU, United Marine and Geico.
I'm going with United Marine Underwriters. For the same policy I'm going to pay roughly half of what my previous Travelers rate was. I'm happy (for another year)
