Boat is going in tomorrow morning...what would you do about this bellows job?

My BIII bellows are 15 years old. Getting replaced for the 1st time next week. I have had them inspected every year. A couple weeks ago I noticed an unusual amount of water in the bilge. So new bellows time.
I forgot about this post. Mechanic pulled the drive and checked the bellows and it was fine. Going on year 16. The water intrusion was from my thru hull exhaust ports. He removed and cleaned, reinstalled and resealed them.

The first set of bellows on my 185 lasted 15yrs and even then the only reason I changed them is because the shift cable bellows started leaking and might as well do it all while you are in there. I have never agreed with the 3yr replacement especially in freshwater and or dry stored.

Only had this boat a year and had to change mine, due to being old / stiff and took a set / was all crooked. Didn't leak, though. Have no idea how old it was but it was OLD.
