Boring subject I know, but can anybody help?

Good evening all,

I am a new member of Club Sea Ray, refitting a 270DA 1991. Please can anybody tell me where to find the electric pump for the pressurised water system?! I think the previous owner boxed it in somewhere behind the new carpets :smt021and floorboards.

I know this question sounds daft, but I am trying to avoid taking too much of the boat apart unecessarily.

Kindest regards to everybody, and look forward to making more social use of the club after I emerge triumphantly from the bilges to try the freshwater system!

Welcome aboard...
Here is the manual for your boat, but it doesn't specifically note the pump location (water system is covered in chapter 5). It should be close to the water tank...If you've no clue, just turn on the water- you'll hear the pump running (if it's working, of course)

It is in the aft cabin, under the bunk cushion and hatch....port side.

Thanks to the guys who replied to my post, I'll be down on the boat first thing tomorrow! Hope weather is nicer where you are than it is in England at the moment!
