Hi all,
I had to pull back drive housing (about 2 inches) from the bell housing to check if my water inlet hose was collapsed and now I noticed this. I get a little bit of brown oil/lube pooling in this spot, not much maybe a few drops over a couple of days. I had the drive resealed less than 20 hours ago and I know there is a seal behind the cover so maybe just a bad seal or install? Anything related to separating the drive from the bell housing? Where else could the fluid be coming from? And shouldn't the lube be blue/green as per Mercruiser? It's a bravo one.
TIA
