Cabin entry door will not stay latched for some reason. Has anyone experienced the same problem? Spray lubricant inside regularly. Time for replacement? Any guidance would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Maybe the roller trucks on the door have worn and the door is slightly lower now, shifting the alignment off?

the cabin door latch on our 340 was broken when we bought it and could not be locked...i found a new direct replacement lock at Flounder Pounder Marine....easy job to change the lock...took less than 5 mins....the locks are pricey...mine cost around $125 if i remember correctly....

I assume you have a sliding door on your 380DA?

I had the same problem with our 380. Replacing the lower & upper track rollers resolved the problem. The 2 upper rollers are slightly different in height which alines the lock with the stricken plate. The job is at least a case of beer project. Good luck.

Thanks for the info. Do you recall where you purchased replacement rollers from?
