WOW! Great, I will be making sausage rolls all Thursday night at this rate:)
 
I'm sorry to say that Lee and Heidi (boxerdogty) will not be making the trip. I have to work that weekend now. Oh, the joys of healthcare....job security is nice, but the hospital never closes! Was really hoping to meet you all. Maybe a day trip to Egmont or Shell key sometime. Anyway, I hope you guys have a great time!!!
 
That's too bad Lee. A meet up at Egmont would be good. Start working on a date and let's see who's up for it.

Big Daddy will be unable to attend. Our 3 week Bahamas trip has turned into 4 weeks.. We are stuck in Nassau with 20 knt winds for 9 th day.. Its not all bad at the Atlantis. We should be leaving tomorrow with winds less than 15 knts. Everyone have a great time at Caladesi. Big Daddy
 
I was texting a couple we met out at Caladesi last year and they we're just out at the island for the weekend. They said with all the rain the bugs are a little bad so not a bad idea to bring some repellant. I'll be bringing a couple of cans of fogger along with some cintranella candles and spray.
 
The storm looks like it's weakening and although the rain chances may increase slightly I think weather wise we'll be fine. Since we are away from land there is a good chance we don't get much rain at all. Does anyone have any doubts about going? I know Kevin, Lance, Alan, Manny and I are going. I think Lance has a boat or two coming with him also.
 
Hoping to be there around 1:30 PM'ish.
 
2-4 inches of rain for south fl and 1-3 for central fl, is everyone still going??
 
Our local weathermen as of 11:15 last night said we may have a slight increase in rain but other than that a normal summer day with rain type patterns. Beer, food, liquor (for frozen rum runners) already bought and will be making pudding shots tonight. I'm there!

Damn, sounds like a fun time! On a 7am flight to California tomorrow but would rather be drinkin' with you all!

What's up stranger? Haven't seen you on the sandbar in a while. How was the trip south? I was over at your neighbors on Sunday and saw your boat is back home. Kevin, Lance and I will have a few cold ones for you!
 
Hydrotherapy, Alpha Mare, and Pedro will be there around noon tomorrow.
 
It was great meeting everyone that made it! Sorry we didn't make it with the 340 but the weather coming from Bradenton was not good at all-:( At least we made it from Indian Rocks and only got a little wet when we were nearly home. Beautiful place to visit, but perhaps next time Spring or Fall or even the winter might be a better time, due to weather and bugs:)
