I purchased one from Great Lakes a couple of years ago.

Yup...What Kevin said. I bought mine thru him. It ultimately comes from Great Lakes...but he will discount it. Very happy.
BTW I have the exact same setup. I bought a aft curtain so I could just leave the whole bimini up when I leave the boat.

Not off hand but we should be able to ship to Canada but I would need to inquire about cost. Most times we will ship directly from the factory.

Yes, I had an additional zipper sewn in so the whole top can stay up all the time. When I leave I just zip in the aft curtain.

I just had a look at my Quote from Great Lakes and the shipping cost to Toronto Canada was going to be $115 US. That was 3 years ago.
I ended up shipping it to an address in Florida and I picked it up while on winter vacation. Shipping in the US was free.
