Just launched my boat for the year. My marina must not have done a very good job winterizing . I have a leak that is between the refrigerator and head of my 2003 340 , and the carpet in this area is wet. There is also a small pink stain in the carpet from the anti freeze.
The marina is making good on getting someone out to fix the leak, but I am concerned they won't be able to get the pink spot out of the carpet. I feel like they should be liable for this damage as it is obviously a result of their negligence.
Has anyone else had an experience like this? Is there anyway to get the stain out? If not, what are the odds of getting the marina to replace the damaged carpet?
Thanks for your input

Oh, and by the way, they put a 4ft scratch on my hull when they launched it. They at least had the decency to call that to my attention and agreed to fix. This boat was spotless until now.
