Cruisair & Marine Air? Are they the same? Interchangability?

I have a 480 Sedan Bridge that the forward AC Unit compressor failed. It looks like all of my AC Units are hooked into a centralized unit in the engine room, however will Marine Air Units (or Dometic) plug right into the original Cruisair controls?

RMervyn - that central unit is the raw water pump relay box. It turns on the pump for which ever cooling unit demands raw water.
The Cruisair control head (probably a SMX) is specific to the Dometic brand. You will probably be able to adapt another manufacturer's cooling unit to the relay box but not likely to the control head.
