Thank you.So that means a haul out. The coupler will have to be unbolted, shaft slid back and new seal installed. I recommend lasdrop but you have tides now. Cost of the job will differ all around the country. My estimate would be 2k around here with time, materials, and haul and block.
It may not look like a seal. It may be in a protective carrier on the shaft further upI dont see spare seal there.
Thank you. I will look for spare seal, very tight in bilge.Read through this. You may be looking at the spare seal carrier if there is another object on the shaft in front of the assembly.
