Has anyone had to replace the plastic connector on the back of their canvas-- the ones with the elastic cord that wrap around the button that sticks out of the transom? If so-- where did you find it? One of mine was broken and I was going to replace it-- can't find a duplicate anywhere online? I've searched all of the canvas places I can find, great lakes, etc.
I would appreciate the input...

any searay dealer will have the exact parts I know i replaced mine after several broke and now i carry spares. by the way like every thing else thay ain't cheap but they the correct part. Perhaps like the earlier post ther is a cheaper way to go and get the same results

i got them from the local sea ray dealer, seems they are around $5 each. but if carefully pry the parts apart, you can easily go to any fabric store and buy the elastic bungee material. tie a small knot in each end, and place them inside i think the bottom part and then snap them back together.

bet i never buy another one from sea ray!!!!!!!
