We're hoping to figure out a way to get our 100 lb dog on to our 98 270se. On the boat from the dock and from the water. Does anybody have any good ideas?

That is a pretty good idea and inexpensive. When you have your dog cross from the dock to the boat, what part of the boat is the dog getting on too? We normally board rear port side where there is no seating.

She goes from the dock to the swim platform.

We only have the standard swim platform which is only about a foot of space so that won't work for us.

dock to boat.... I built a ramp with indoor/outdoor carpet on it and attached small lines to it to tie it to my swim step.

100lbs wow that’s a big dog. What breed? Is this really asking how to get a pot belly pig aboard a boat but you were embarrassed to ask? Asking for a friend.

I knew the pig would come up sooner or later.

You got me. We take our pet pig "bacon" everywhere with us, don't leave home without him, lol. We have a Rottweiler, 110 pounds to be exact but he doesn't know/realize his size.

The ramp would work from boat to dock, but I guess we would need some type steps down from ramp to boat floor.

Sounds like this dog has some mobility issues. Complicates the solution.

Not at all, just don't want him to develop any mobility issues by having to jump 2-3 ft from ramp to boat floor

I'm using an extendable ramp for my dog. It spans from the seawall to the swim platform.

We have to load from the side, but that does look nice.
