Opening up the season for 2017. Hope you southern friends can appreciate what us northerner's have to sometimes deal with to get on the water. Enough winter, lets fill the baskets with prawns and crab.

While I enjoy snow skiing, I sure enjoy the Texas weather. I went sailing on my Hobie 16 last Thursday. I did wear a shorty wetsuit because the water was 58*, but the temperature outside was 75-80*!

Nice pictures. What is the location?
Thanks! These pics were taken on 03/17 along the Douglas Channel out of Kitimat B.C. Winter doesn't seem to want to let go this year. We got a couple 3-4" dumps of snow while covering about 250kms over the 3 day trip with a good friend and our 2 boys. Hit some natural hot springs and had some good crab and prawn feasts along with lots of laughs. Good times.
