GHS Out of business??

Having problems with GHS swimplatform. Call their 855 791 0128 number and get wierd message, I leave a call back number that does not get returned.
Last week platform started to lower very unevenly so I immediately retracted it. Afterwards did not operate at all.
Just added 24 oz of fluid to resavoure. Now motor runs but no movement. When up or down button pressed gauge drops to zero.
Any thoughts?

I have been working through some questions/issues on swim platform. GHS was fine a couple of days ago.

Called left message, no response, no joy. Anyone have any idea what needs to be done to fix my mal function ghs system?
Glad they will talk to you when they can SELL you something but if you need HELP with their complex product, take a number.
After unanswered messages and emails my only hope is to find a pro mechanic to sort it out.
