GM Tall deck help

So I am helping a family member with his boat on replacing the engine, it's a HI Perf that uses a GM 10.2 427 truck tall deck, ooops forgot to drain the water and rest is history. So we pulled the same spec engine from a junkyard 70's C70 today. We dismantled it almost bare exept for the harmonic balancer and belt drive pulley on the front of it, question is it one piece or does the pulley come off the balancer once all bolts are removed? it will not seperate and no sense in runining a GM forged crank with a hammer ( we have a puller).

If it has a center bolt with 3 bolts around it the pulley should separate once all 4 removed - I know some of the ft Ford motors don't separate - with all the bolts removed, why not just use the puller on the pulley too?
