Grohe kitchen faucet replacement

That looks like our fixture, and it's likely still available from Grohe.
The series is called "Talia" and might still be on one of their websites. Not long ago, we got replacement aerators for the head sinks, free, sourced through a local plumbing showroom that sells Grohe stuff. We also replaced the "quick connect" that's in line on the galley faucet, sourced from either Grohe or Amazon.
