Actually makes a big difference. That's why there are circuits. A case in one circuit is not necessarily appllicable to other circuits. Learn your civics dude.

You obviously oblivious to the document and didn't read it. The court ruled against Trump and there was no appeal or objections.

13 Executive order 13,526 allows records to be kept secret when: “(1) an original classification authority is classifying the information; (2) the information is owned by, produced by or for, or is under the control of the United States Government; (3) the information falls within one or more of the categories of information listed in section 1.4 of this order; and (4) the original classification authority determines that the unauthorized disclosure of the information reasonably could be expected to result in damage to the national security, which includes defense against transnational terrorism, and the original classification authority is able to identify or describe the damage.” Classified National Security Information, Exec. Order. No. 13526, 75 Fed. Reg. 707 (Dec. 29, 2009).

The FPOTUS legal team won’t provide evidence of the de-classification of documents for the special master. Saving it for their defense in subsequent indictment. Interesting.

I’ve written letters/emails to Desantis as well as Abbott requesting more illegals because Minneapolis and St Paul are ‘YUGE’ sanctuary cities.

All are welcome here! I know this because the yard signs in my soon to be ‘no longer neighborhood’ , tell me this. The virtue signaling is strong here.

Lots of empty space(and minds) out in western MN. They want to be part of SD so they can be governed by Noem. Sounds like your kind of hang.

I posted a link for you when you commented that there wasn't any complaint against Trump having classified documents. The link is to the court filing of the DOJ stating Trump had classified documents in Florida.
