Holding tank removal

So we're a little late emptying out our holding tank for the winter. The marinas are closed. My question is has anyone ever made a homemade holding tank removal pump if so can you share or any idea what we should do or go would be helpful. Thanks

If you have space in it why not fill it with propylene glycol or 140 proof vodka or you could get a septic tank company or Porta Potty company to empty it. Or you could use a shop vac and a few 5 gallon gas cans. One marina we were at some one put diesel in his waste tank. He used a shop vac and 5 gallon cans to empty it.
