Would this cause any performance issues?

Where is a good place to get a used prop?

That will definitely cause performance issues albeit probably minor.
That prop can definitely be repaired but I don't have any recommendations for your area (nor will anybody else) since you don't have it listed in your profile under your avatar.

Will degrade performance, however, it may not be noticeable.

Put it on an anvil and straighten it out. Ive pounded out a number dings on my props with really good results

I had a bent blade once that was around the same as what you're showing. I took an adjustable spanner wrench (okay, a Crescent wrench) and gently pulled it back. "Just a little more, and we'll be golden SNAP!" Yep, should have been satisfied with "almost good enough".

No idea on your area but it is best to get it fixed. I had similar on out boat. Got both props tuned and I think it was $300.

Vibration in the boat may not be detectable and you may be able to straighten the blade somewhat but a pro shop can restore it to new condition.
The larger problem is without pro repair there will be vibration and it will travel into the lower unit.
The prop shaft seal will probably be the first to go and then??? $$$$ will follow.
Like to old tv commercial said “you can pay me now or pay me later”.
