Any pointers on how to change the o2 sensor that’s on the back side of the generator?

Scratch that. I got it changed. Just had to completely remove the back of the silencer box.

Okay. I replaced the o2 sensor last night hoping that would fix my ec69 error and rich smelling exhaust.

any other thoughts?

I probably pull the injector next and see if cleaning it helps.

Those were done towards the end of last year. Although they may be fouled with the amount of fuel this thing is pumping through.

also replaced the following at the same time:
Fuel pump
Fuel cooler
Plug wires

+1 on new spark plugs

I posted this in another thread, here are the complete symptoms.

shuts down after 30min - 2hrs of use.
runs rich enough to smell unburned fuel.
Consistently threw an ec69 code until I changed the o2 sensor. now it throws ec69 or ec62 code
Water flow out of exhaust looks normal
It won’t restart after it shuts down, until an undetermined amount of time, then it starts right up.

Fuel pump
SPark plugs
Plug wires
Impeller
