MDNR fish trap net locations. 650 ft long. Supposed to be 4' under water but you can't be sure.

For those who have been to cabana blue, how shallow is that inlet this year? I draft a solid 4 ft.

Last year bigger boats were going in behind….. not sure if they dredged or not out front this year…… I see they are spending money on the place again this year.

Just went on friday for day drinking. Water looked like a milkshake so I couldnt actually see the bottom. Id say the depth about the same as end of last year. Was showing 2.5 under the keel going into the inlet around back to the sea wall. I have a cheater outdrive boat, 4ft draft would be dicey im thinking

We were there Saturday. I’d say it was similar to last year. We took the north entrance. I think I saw a 1.8 for a quick second, that’s from the keel. We also have cheaters.. To be honest, I wouldn’t take an inboard back there yet, especially not a 500.

Last year, a 48da from our marina got stuck 3’ from the seawall.

Thanks guys. I appreciate it.

Maybe I’ll have to anchor out front in bay and dinghy over lol.
Seems like all these places were having to redo sea walls in the last few years are now having to dredge due to water levels. Mother Nature is a bitch like that.

Didn't you guys get like 10 feet of snow and a hundred inches of rain since last season? And, yes I understand the scale of the great lakes, but I thought the whole upper US got tons of precip last winter and spring.

I would call them direct and ask what the depth is around there. I have only taken the dinghy over from the north channel

I was there friday again, ill be there this friday too for lunch drinks. Its probably 3.5-4 goin through there if its 2.5 under the boat. Either way, current water levels will keep the multiple head yachts out and i’ll always have a spot :)
