So after a couple hard rains I noticed a wet spot on the bed under the hatch. I tightened everything up checked the weather strip which looked good. Next time out same wet spot under the the hatch.

So I grabbed a hose and let it run and found water would start dripping from the corner of the hatch frame. Now just need to figure out how it is getting to that point.

Anyone with past experience? I might change out the weather strip first since its an easy fix if it turns out to be just that.

Thanks

I have a similar problem with the port side hatches in the head and above the galley.

How difficult is it to remove the hatches, silicone the opening and replace the hatches?

Just had this same issue on my boat. Ended up letting a local dealer pull the hatch, clean it up and re-seal it. Cost was about $275 and is now water tight again. I saw video on youtube of someone doing it. doesn't look difficult.
