25 year old injectors would be my guess, especially with all that crap in your vst.

Yes, it will run great, it seems as though when it heats up that all the issues start. I even put in another blower, one coming in and one out to circulate the air. And yes, restarting in the MAIN issue. It will run fine, then when I shut it off and try to restart it just turns over and over. If it does start, when I give it full throttle to plain out, it will either cut off or cut in and out like its flooding. Are there times when the engine runs perfectly fine? When you shut it off at that point, restarting is an issue?
Agree, go for the low hanging fruit first.I seem to recall the plenum has to come off to get the throttle body off because it hits the valve cover if you don't? Once you pull the throttle body you can change the IAC. I would still recommend trying that first before going all in.
Yeah, I think that's the smart approach. I just ordered the IAC. Should be here Tues. or Wed... I really hope that's all it is. I remember the Boat shop saying that it was something and it was going to cost $1500 for just one part...I hope whatever that is....I don't run into that cost....I seem to recall the plenum has to come off to get the throttle body off because it hits the valve cover if you don't? Yes, each one has a pin that doesn't work. They are hooked up to control my exhaust. I just need to replace both. Trying to find a similar match since I can't find this same exact one. I just didn't want to get something under/over power, if that's possible..I don't understand what you're trying to do. It looks like a standard Bosch 30amp +/- relay. Is it broken?
