No power to cigarette lighter

I checked the back of the cigarette lighter with a voltmeter there is no power going to the red wire on the back of the cigarette lighter. That ground wire is good. Do we know where the fuses is located on a 1988 Sea Ray Sundancer 340 with twin Mercruiser 454
