Is it a 330 or 370 Amberjack? From your photos of the main birth it appears that the bed may be permanent and longitudinal where 330's of that year were a circular dinette that collapsed into a birth with filler cushions. In 2001 the 330 express was renamed 340 Amberjack and interior changes were the replacement of the circular dinette with a permanent angled birth, the couch along the starboard side replaced with a face to face 4 person dinette, two rather tall steps out to the helm replaced with three shallower steps, and the white interior was replaced with faux wood (either birds eye maple or cherry wood).
Outside, the only difference I've noticed between the 330/340 and 370 Amberjack is the additional isle width between the helm and passenger seats.
Either way I'm sure you will love this boat!
