I figured i would be losing water in the bowl if it was the bowl seal?

Thanks, since it happened to both motors at the same time I don’t know what to think.Picturethis, I had the same problem, but with only one motor and it was an 8.1. I did a couple of remedies at the same time, so not sure which one corrected the problem. The mechanics scanner said cam shaft error. We changed out the sensor and the problem persisted. We noticed that the fuse that controlled the cam shaft sensor was fouled, but not blown. forums said it sounded like a vapor lock. Come to find out one of the water inlets on my cool fuel system was totally clogged with mud, thus causing the fuel pump to heat up and probably did cause the vapor lock. Hope this helps.
