Well, launched the boat for the first time this year. What a mess. Two good batteries took a dump. Trim tabs froze up and bound up, one flat and one partially down. Wife and daughter got, nasty sea sick for the first time ever. Seas were to be and reported as 4' @ 12 seconds and ended up 9' @ 10 seconds. Port carb is having issues.

Then, I found them. My beautiful and thoughtful wife, BROUGHT BANNANAS ON THE BOAT! Tuna trip cut short. I couldn't get on plane with the one trim tab making the boat list so bad. Maybe next time. Now to get the trim tabs working again.

How does one remove that bad JuJu from the boat?

Well, that's bizarre. Never heard of the banana thing until this last Wednesday on a fishing trip and one of the guys brought one along. Another guy, old navy sailor, said that it was terrible luck and now we were doomed to not catch anything.

Turns out between the 4 of us we kept 222 fish so I'm pretty sure the banana theory has been debunked.
