Is ther a Sea Ray part number reference available? Something that gives me part specifics not just the generic stuff like "MONITOR CO DETECTOR WHT".

I guess I should have been clearer. I have the manual and the part number of the component. I was hoping there was a Searay reference (other than the manual) that listed the manufacturer and model information.

Vendor information and vendor part numbers aren't published, but you can usually figure it out if you kinda know the boats.
The other observation is that Sea Ray requires their OEM vendors to only sell to them on proprietary parts so they can protect their dealers. This usually only lasts until a given model is out of production, and at that point Sea Ray is usually very helpful in helping you source what you need.
Finally, it seems a lot of folks try to avoid the dealers parts department, but a good parts guy at the dealer can save you a lot of time and can be very helpful on sourcing parts. You just need to make friends out of them.
