Quick release chocks

If needed, I should be able to take a few pictures of them this weekend.
Let me know if you want close ups of anything in particular

@TMorgan 400 Fly are you trying to replicate the ones in this thread or are you missing the components from the stock setup? I'm not sure of the rectangular washer you're describing. I still have my stock setup and I don't recall there being a rectangular washer. The bolt it self had a square neck just below the head that would wedge itself in-between the slot.

That's right I guess it is square... Like I said, I stupidly kept them finger tight and lost them all, so it's held in place by the weight of the dinghy...

Yes, those have to be tightened down firmly. I have my old ones as a backup spare in case my current setup should fail. I can get you pics and sizes this weekend if that helps. I would think you can get these from any supply house.

Guys, let me help you out. I am the guy who made the "Quick Removable" Chocks a few years back. Are you trying to find the hold downs that I made for my products or are you just trying to find the Stainless Stove Bolts that came originally from GHS?

My hero! Love these things!

Wondering if there is a quick release version/option for these chocks. Would like to be able to put them on and off without having to deal with the bolts. View attachment 64131
I have a 2001 480 sb which had the same chocks as your picture when we fitted them they were so tight going in we figured that they would never move so we didn't bother with the hold down bolts. Big mistake! now we only have the one and I just can't find who might sell these.

Have you tried calling GHS Lift directly?

Anyone with some experience making these willing to let me pay you to make some for me? Will ship my chocks to you… PLEASE

My tracks have seen better days. Where can I buy a new set?

I took mine to a local powder coater and they came out perfect. They blast them to clean then prep and spray. The total cost for my 4 pieces was only $60.00.

After that I took the actual chocks in and they powder coated them for $100.00.

The local company was CRM. I am sure you could ship them and get it done. They have a hundred different colors! https://www.crminctc.com/

Any interest in making more? Sounds like we have a few takers on here. Or I’ll pay a premium to just make one set for me! I’m dreading the fights to slide these in and out of the tracks all season.
