One of my all time favorite politicians.
-Nicknamed the "Night Owl" because he and his security detail were at the bars and clubs until last call.
-As you noted: "The Bitch set me up!" after getting caught on camera smoking crack.
-Talking to a mom with 13 kids by 12 different Dads who complained DC was not giving her enough welfare money: "Stop having babies.......what's wrong with you?"
-Only Mayor I know who got a blowjob from a female prostitute when he was incarcerated at the DC Jail. It was in the common area where families met the inmates.
I met him half a dozen times and he was always gracious and funny. One of the few DC Mayors who knew how to manage the process.
