Like to make a shoot out to Chris at Lakeland Auto and Marine and the people at Marine Discounters in Sandusky. With that said the Napa at Port Clinton not so much. They sent me to Auto Zone because they weren't will to get off their ass and get me some small block Chevy injector O-rings for my boat that their website said they had 30 in stock. They said Mercruiser O-rings were different the car motor. Another time I was looking for replacement wiper blades that the bald headed guy behind the counter told me that was a thing of the past he said they don't make just the rubber blade replacement anymore . Marine Discounter had them foe $19.00 for the pair. Another time Napa wasn't willing to look up the brake rotor on my truck by the Vin# to be sure what size I needed. Been wrenching ever since I've been driving and places like Napa if you don't have a year, model and make you might as well not bother because usually the people behind the counter are clueless.
