See, this is the kind of sht that pisses me off. Don’t treat me stupid. This is the reason that i got out of boating 15 years ago for a while.
You signed a slip contract for a price that they sent out and after the fact they want more money. Oh hell fk sht dm no. That shark lawyer i got would be teaching them a thing or two about contract law.
After i bought mine, part of the deal was they would detail it, buff wax etc. contracts were signed paperwork done. Couple months later i get a bill for $750 for detailing, except my signature was not on that contract. However i had the original contract with all party signatures.
My lawyer sent them all documents and cover letter that if they wanted to pursue it, we would sue for fraud and take their license. We never heard from them again.
All-Star Marine. Avoid them.

I’m trying to buy a boat there. Was there last week on Thursday….. the lake was beautiful gorgeous day

They are raising the rate from 100 to 600 a year (actual use is 4 months) i am inclined to tell them no, and sell the zodiac/suzuki.
Now 600 may not seemlike much but Im like Fletcher in Josey Wales, dont piss down my back and tell me it’s raining, raising from $100 to $600 in one year. He said its to cover the cost, but i know for a fact he has had these for years behing his waterfront home so there was no cost incurred by him.
Possibly keep it at another marina on the river.
Will see in a month or so.
Not happy with new owners. Nickel and dime everything. But i like my end of pier full length slip so i stay.

Recover the cost over the life of the dock, not in one season. :)

They sent a contract that referenced attachments that weren't included. So I, as well as most others, refused to sign. But it would cost me more to have an attorney write a letter than the price increase.
