Exciting week. Best of luck!Sea trial is today. New boat sea trial is next week
I’ll wait… lots of hurdles leftExciting week. Best of luck!
Have you posted pics of new boat, and I missed them, or are you waiting for the deal to be done?
Good luck!I’ll wait… lots of hurdles left
I'm about use HyperHold for the first time. How exactly was it difficult to use by hand? After holding up very well last year I stuck with Starke again. This is a single pass with ignition and then the hyper hold pro sealant.
Last year I used their hybrid sealant but could only find hyper hold this year. It is a tough product to use with hand application, so I will try my DA above the rub rail instead. Thankfully it does come off easily once it hazes off

Good luck with both transactions @BlueoneSea trial is today. New boat sea trial is next week

I've already done a pass of Level R and a pass of Elevate and mentally I'm done so I don't want the sealant pass to be difficult.
Ironically, I just finished watching that video. I tend to like applying by hand better, but I can use my DA if necessary.
I would think it would be significantly more difficult to apply an even coat by hand vs a DA.Ironically, I just finished watching that video. I tend to like applying by hand better, but I can use my DA if necessary.
Best of luck on both sides of the boat deals.I’ll wait… lots of hurdles left
Use the polisher for sure. Not only is it difficult to get even but the material does not spread easily because it’s thick. Your arm in hands will thank youIronically, I just finished watching that video. I tend to like applying by hand better, but I can use my DA if necessary.
Love those dark blue Sea Ray hulls.Quick pass of the Glide Coat ceramic coat, Single layer of New Petit Hydrocoat bottom paint, Cummins 1000 hr service just completed. Splash is Friday and likely run her down the coast Saturday hoping for >3 footers. Let the good times roll.

I went from that blue hull to titanium thinking it would be easier to care for. Boy was I wrong....Nothing my checkbook can't handle, much to my wife's dismay.Love those dark blue Sea Ray hulls.
That is my main concern…. New boat is beige or what ever it’s called…. I’ve seen more beige oxidized to hell compared to blue hullsI went from that blue hull to titanium thinking it would be easier to care for. Boy was I wrong....Nothing my checkbook can't handle, much to my wife's dismay.
