I have a 2005 390 DA Sundancer. This season I had an issue with the starboard engine not starting using the rocker switch at the helm. If I used the emergency switch I could start the engine without an issue.
So I proceeded to change what I thought could be causing the issue. Started with Batteries (they needed to be replaced anyway), then I went to solenoid (did both starboard and port as they were the originals), then I changed the starter, then finally I changed the actual helm switch.
None of these things have fixed the issue. When I try to start the engine with the proper starboard switch the engine clicks the electronics flash and the VesselView 4 resets. I push the emergency switch and the starboard switch at the same time and she starts up no issue.
What am I missing?
