Steering wheel knob

Greetings, fellow sea ray boaters. Can anyone recommend a steering wheel knob? I have a 2010 280 sundancer with a single screw and no bow thruster. Someone recommended a knob for the steering wheel to make quicker maneuvers. My marina is tight and during windy days it makes it tough to get out. Amazon seems to have a lot of junk and west marine doesn’t seem to have them on their website. Thanks for your input.

Hi, I just bought the power knob but it doesn’t fit my steering wheel. Even the larger strap doesn’t come close. Do thy make ones to accommodate the larger wood steering wheels? Checked their website and didn’t see any.
