I've been debating adding a tower, too. Just make sure whatever you do, reinforce the crap out of the area you're mounting to. Wakeboarding didn't get popular until the late 90s, so my boat in particular ('94 220BR) was never designed to have a tower putting loads on those areas (I don't think, correct me if wrong). I'll do it someday, as the utility of it is nice, too. But you can bet I'll be adding glass/plywood/aluminum reinforcement to make it last.
