Tips on trailering

I was wondering this too -- as the couple places I use are basically dirt parking lots with what could possibly be described as a ramp.

All the ramps we have within 100 miles around us are all pay ramps. Salt or fresh, they are all $8 to $25 a day. All of the salt water ramps have water for wash down.

I was given a Dewalt battery powered pressure washer that draws from the body of water or a bucket. Works great for wash down.

Where does the fresh water come from
Usually I use the spigot at the ramps wash rack. But if you're launching from a ramp that doesn't have this well, I'd say it's time to look for a better ramp.
