toilet/ and mid ship bielge

Looking for info on wiring schematic or anyone with same issues. I have 1986 300 weekender last year step down pump and auto acting funny what then toilet stopped flushing. I put new auto in and bilge worked for a while now similar issues. Now I am all for pulling new wire . But just would like to know what I am dealing with. Where do wires go and are toilet and step down wired together. So colors and routing would help me

I would check all your grounds, buss grounds connections and battery ground connection.

Not uncommon for something to act flakey in odd situations when bad grounds cause a backfeed on other circuits.
