I have pointed out to Blue, that there are instances that reverse mortgages can really help the elderly, and used my neighbor as an example. She had no family left, and the reverse mortgage allowed her to stay in her home for an additional 15 years until her death. He won’t listen to anything other than phuck thom

Hey Hey slowdown....there are two problems here... First phuckn Tom uses his fame to dupe people out of their homes....because of his fame people listen to him and believe him. I cant tell you how much that pisses me off...Phuck Tom
Second...reverse mortgages give you about 50% of your homes value or less...if you cant pay it back you give them your house. If your neighbor walked into that contract wide eyed and completely understood ....then so be it....Not a deal I would do no matter how much I loved a house.... unfortunately that is not always the case...people dont understand what they are signing...I have met reverse mortgage sales people....they are there to take you house nothing more and at any cost.

Fish sticks were the worse….. along with salmon Pattie’s, tuna casserole, craft dinner….why my parents fed us that crap is beyond me….. that and liver and onions….. I’m surprised I survived

I agree, however I could tolerate fish sticks at a friends house, just cuzz it was free food. Lots-O-Ketchup.

I didnt say i didnt like you, I just think because of your situation you are blinded to the fact that some can benefit greatly from this product.
And let me be clear, I think it is a terrible idea to get a reverse mortgage, and I pray that I am never in a situation to need one, but if I do I will blame myself for that, not some actor on tv.

I already said if a person understands what they are signing… knock your self out go for it
My problem is some actor telling me it’s a great product and I’m not trying to steal your house and you trust him and don’t understand and sign. My bigger problem is a douche bag like Tom would be a spokesman for a rip off product

I happen to like Tom Selleck. Loved Magnum PI as a kid and most of his movies after that. For me it doesn't mean anything what they do outside of making movies. I mean look at one of my favorite actors, Tom Cruise, someone I would absolutely hate in real life. But who cares about that, he's entertaining on screen.
