I know how the law works here, seems your reading comprehension needs work. As I said Trump will have his day in court and the appeals court will have their say too. Did you assume that Trump is appealing a guilty verdict I didn't mention in my post to you guilt or innocents. Trump has said he will be appealing the guilty decision in this case but I'm not as certain as him and you are on the verdict. I will wait till the trial ends and a verdict is announced.

Chump even gave his retiring CFO a huge retirement bonus for taking the hit and going to jail. Then the retired CFO lied under oath for Chump again and went back to prison.

You have no idea how companies work. The CFO could do all kinds of shit without the CEO knowing. But go ahead and keep showing your ass. Your lack of knowledge in this area is hysterical and your choice to comment on it is embarrassing. But you do yourself.

I didn't say he was guilty, you did. He broke the law and was charged according to the state that's why he was charged, now they have to prove it. He has tried over a dozen times to have the judge removed and the charges dropped but each time the motion was denied. An appeals court heard the conflict of interest last summer and ruled the judge has no conflict in this case. Not sure why you don't want to see this case heard if Chump is innocent it would probably give him the election. Looking forward to hearing all the details and what really happened. It won't change your vote but polls show Chump could lose 30% of his voters if convicted in this case.

No, Sunny, saying he broke the law implies he's guilty. You said that. He is accused of breaking the law, which means he is innocent until proven guilty. Your president Trudeau has a different take, which you seem to agree with. Show me where I said he was guilty, Sunny.
