So, you don't know. Ok. I'll let your boy Alvin fill you in. I will say it's a reach and he hasn't revealed what followed the "falsification of business records" (which is a misdemeanor in NY) that allows him to file felony charges. I'll leave the rest for you to find out for yourself.

No need to find out anything for yourself…the trial starts tomorrow and there will be lots of facts and evidence for the jury to decide. Not that you will accept the outcome but that won’t make any difference to whatever it may be. Personally I will look at the evidence and facts and then decide. I appreciate that you are so willing to pass on Trumps lies and desperation but I will let the legal system play out just the same! Have you considered how you will handle it if you’re wrong and he is convicted? Going to be an interesting month for the MAGA crowd.

Exactly, it's a riot they claim Biden is guilty of crimes but Trump is the one with the felony charges. The GOP gave up on the Ukraine charges after their informant turned out to be a complete liar. The Trumpers here are very much affraid of the truth and what a trial will prove after years of Trump trying to delay every court case.

So you think Trump can get a fair trial in the current venue? What’s the harm in changing venues? Why does the prosecution oppose it? They want to ensure a fair trial, right?

Are you talking about the man or the corporation? Do you believe DT does the accounting and day to day business for the company? Does he even write checks?
How about the company's tax returns and records - what ever happened to the spectacle in NY on that?
Do you find it odd that Bragg and others made it a media extravaganza that they will go after Trump.
How about the timing for all of this?

If anyone doesn't believe any of this is politically motivated and executed it would be ignorance at a new level. For what the Trump Corporation has given New York (employment, revenue, external business, etc) I'm surprised the people are putting up with this hatchet job.
