Removed the SC5000 and upgrded to VV703. Got everything all set up but cannot figure out where or how to get the gph to display on the VV for the Port Side. Displays the Stbd motor as well as displays both motors gph on my garmin GMI20. So the information is there, I just cannot find where to access in order to get it to display on the VV.

Thanks in advance. K

In the user setup you can configure port and starboard data. It is in the embedded pull/down menu's or sometimes you have to scroll down to find the toggle to configure and turn on that data. The fuel tanks are also challenging to get setup.

I have the tanks both readung correctly. Tested by taking reading, fuelng with 50 gal each and observing results. Each tank increased by the 50 gal respectively. So tanks are looking at correct data. Just cannot figure why Port isn't readung the gph on the VV, but it is showing on the GMI-20 mfd. The reading on the mfd has to be coming off the VV data. Just has me stumped. I found the instruction sheet in the nual and spoke with Merv Cust Serv. Next time over to the boat I will review the settings as indicated on the sheets that Merc sent to see if everything is there on both tanks. Tim @ Merc was very helpful.

On my VV 7, the "Fuel" icon only shows aggregate fuel data for the engines; current economy, average economy, volume use per hour, total capacity, and fuel used. I don't believe there is a page to show individual engine fuel data.

That is what I am meant. I am missing the volume use per hour. I have some directions to follow from Tim @ Merc Cust Service. Going to try those out tomorrow. I had an actual flow meter on my previous 2700, that was extremely acurate. Thanks for the input.

I have some screen shots from when I was configuring VV4 and other components for fuel management.
This one shows the place I configured fuel flow rate for the port engine:
VV Engine Fuel Flow.jpeg

And here is where you can check for the data being generated by the VV:
VV Data List Fuel Rate.jpeg

I can't remember if I managed to show fuel flow on the main screen but I'm pretty certain it's visible on the fuel management screens. I primarily use a DSM to monitor fuel and also display it on my Garmins.
I think the 703 has an updated menu structure but hopefully the basics are still similar.
