My "New to Me" Sea Ray 320 has a crack on the Port Switch Pad. While on the gulf this weekend we had a sudden and aggressive rain. Now the switches are not working. I know that these switches are problematic and people are always looking for them. However, if someone out there has a working one I would like to purchase it. Here is a picture of the switch.

Here's a link to a replacement source. Good luck and let us know how it goes.

Thank you for putting me in touch with Digital Marine Products. My engine hatch was stuck open since my port side switch pad went out. I had reached out to Sea Ray and they told me to contact my local Sea Ray dealer - that would be Marine Max. I knew that Marine Max would be expensive but calling them made me fall out of my seat. Apparently, they no longer have access to the stockpile of these parts and now outsource them from a third party. The cost from Marine Max for my port side only switch pad would have been $4K. I also did some research on the Flounder Pounder solution. I really like the change to off the shelf toggle switches and at least they will provide a total solution (both sides of the switch pads and EIM) for $4K. However, thanks to Digital Marine Products I avoided both of these higher cost solutions.

Chris is the owner of DMP and he is pretty much a one man show. With that said he is very knowledgeable regarding these switch pads and the accompanying EIMs. Chris will do EIM repairs as needed. He had my port side switch pad in stock in the wood grain but not the black. I ordered the part on Thursday and it arrived at my house on Monday. The part came with very straight forward directions and was pretty easy to replace. Once I got the new switch pad installed everything worked except for the hatch. This switch pad had gone out during a 30 mile over the weekend trip. When the switch went out on Friday evening during rain it went out with the hatch closed. Sometime Saturday night the hatch magically went open and we rode hope with it that way - probably for the best as the blower was not working. Chris told me that this is typical when the Sea Ray switches go out. Anyway, I tracked a tripped fuse in the engine room EIM. Not sure why Sea Ray would put the EIM in the engine compartment. Once I reset the fuse everything worked as it should. I will say that the apparent quality and looks are better than what the original Sea Ray switches were. The total price shipped was $850 for the switch pad. Still seems a little pricey but I am very thankful for the option from Chris at Digital Marine Products. They are easy to work with and provided what they promised. Thank you again for sharing his information.
