Could you please print this out and post it in large print on your boat, for all passengers to see, before they board your boat? Actually, you should post it large enough so that when the USCG comes to save your a$$, they'll understand your point of view. And the thing is, they'd probably still save you from your own self...

Gunn: they know how I feel I already told them in person. The CG station is 3 blocks down from my Marina. I will explain what happened to me in 03 in another post. When everyone get's a grip. Have a wonderful weekend. I'm getting the boat ready to go out.

They don't get paid enough!

I support them for what they do and how they do it with honor and deep respect and tradition. They risk their lives to save others. Can't say if you have ever been in that position 300SR, meaning going to work and your family is not sure if you would return after you get off because some jerk in a boat put him and his guests at risk or just plain ran into bad luck.........

When the Exxon Valdeze was spewing sludge ....people jumped on that spill like "rabid dogs"...good thing too :wink:
 
That doesn't count :smt021. Everybody up there made hundreds of thousands of dollars off that.

It wasn't just the USCG cleaning up that mess. :wow:
I was asked to go there to help them out when I had my Haz-Mat but I said no at the that time. :smt021
