Sounds like you have a closed system. If so, is the coolant level dropping? Have you detected any antifreeze odor from the exhaust?
Leaking antifreeze can produce white exhaust that appears to be steam.
I agree with Ash's suggestion to switch the wires to the gauges. What were the problems that led you replacing the sensors? Have those problems gone away?
It sounds like you have good approach to predictive maintenance. I sold my 1997 330DA and have a supply of spare parts and maintenance items for sale. They are listed in the general parts forum. Please let me know if you have an interest. I think they are a good fit for your approach toward...
In addition to adding the on-board weight of liquids and other items, there is also a need to consider potential weight from heavy rains (even if bilge pumps work properly) and snow/ice. Depending upon slip location/configuration, heavy winds could also add to the downward force (weight).
My 1997 330DA had a Whale Water System. It was 15mm and the name Whale & 15mm were stamped on the lines. Red was hot & blue was cold. I believe that this was standard for Sea Rays, at least of that vintage.
I had a similar situation where gasoline leaked from the fuel pump into the water pump casing. The bearings went and the water pump blew out into the bilge. I had to replace both. Unfortunately, I had to pay expedited shipping since I was on a cruise and wanted to get on with my trip. It was...
My 1997 330da had a similar problem with its stbd engine. I found what appeared to beantifreeze in the exhaust. When I pulled the elbows I found that the outboard side manifold metal had deteriorated to the point that antifreeze was leaking past the gasket and was blowing out the exhaust. I...
You might want check your manual for your AC control system. My system had a low voltage shutdown feature to protect the compressor. I believe it tripped if I had 100 volts for 5 minutes. (Sold my boat so do not have the manual.) After it tripped on my home pier, the utility company came out...
You might want contact SeaRay to see if you can get copies of the wiring diagrams for your boat. I found that I referenced my diagrams quite often.
Hope this helps.
Beaufort County taxes boats at the same rates as homes. You can go to the below website to determine county & local taxes in NC.

Given the current fiscal problems most counties & municipalities have, I would not suggest staying...
If you have a mechanical fuel pump driven by a cam in the water pump, the is yes. Gas could leak into the water pump and damage the pumps bearings and gaskets. I had such a problem on my 1997 330 DA with twin 4.7 LS. I replaced both damaged pumps, then replaced the other fuel pump (still ok)...
I had similar issues with my 1997 330 twin 7.4 & V drives. I disconnected the water lines from the oil cooler to the drive shaft seals and sure enough, oil was coming out of starboard cooler the fitting to the shaft seal. I replaced both oil coolers and the transmission coolers. When I...
